Client Portal Questions

How do I log into my private client portal to schedule services?

Your user ID is the email address you used when signing up for service. Your password is the one you created during registration. You can reset it at any time if forgotten.

How do I register for an account?

Accounts are invite only. Contact us and we will create your account and email you a secure invitation link to get started.

Do I need to install a native app from Apple or Google Play?

No. The portal is a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning you only need a web browser and internet connection. No installation required. When prompted, save the icon to your home screen for quick access.
