What is included with our Pet Sitting Services?
OBJECTIVE: Your pet will receive tender, loving, individualized care
- Feed your pets with precise instructions
- Provide fresh drinking water for pets
- Wash food/water bowls, as needed
- Exercise and play with your pets -a 10-20 minute dog walk if requested
- Can administer pills, injections, liquid medications, vitamins, and other special care upon request and instructions
- Changing litter boxes or scooping out poop, if desired
- “Accident” and litter box clean-up
- Sweeping or vacuuming pet areas, if desired
- Scooping poop from walk or yard (disposing on owners instructions)
- Get medical treatment in case of illness, veterinarian on-call or emergency services
- Cleaning small animal cages on precise instructions
- Daily brushing is available upon request.
- A note will be left after every visit session to verify the services provided, the animal’s behavior, and any pertinent information owner should know.
Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instances where Cork can be of service.
Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult to properly care for your

Please feel free to use our Tips to “Pet Proof” Your Home
- Home security checks are provided on each visit to your home.
- Your newspaper and mail will be brought inside, as well as any packages left at your door.
- Your indoor plants or flowers will be watered if requested.
- Provide additional services such as watering outdoor plants and snow removal at an additional fee.
- Your lights will be turned on/off, or blinds and curtains will be opened/shut per your request.
- Radios or televisions can be turned on or off as a crime deterrent and for pet companionship.
- Quickly look over the home for hazards that could cause damage to property, person, or pet.
- Arranging any emergency home repairs if needed.
- Put out trash and recycling.
- Check exterior, and interior of the home to confirm windows and doors are secure.
- Check water heater, furnace, and/or air conditioner and appliances.
- Check garages and hot tubs.

- Locksmiths can be very expensive and time consuming by the time they eventually get to you! For a $35 trip fee, Cork will come to your home to unlock your door should you ever lock yourself out.

Litter Box Cleaning & Sanitizing

- Do you avoid the room where the litter box is in? You think that you can smell it when you enter the room!...think of your cats’ nasal passages for now on, as they can smell a lot better than us and are known to develop nasty elimination habits if their litterbox is not clean (especially older cats).
- We will clean those stained and smelly litter boxes. Corks Custodians will snap on their gloves and masks and get down and dirty! Your kitty will love you for it!
- Dirty litter is emptied and disposed of. With your instructions, the litter box is then scrubbed down, sanitized, and refilled with clean litter that you supply. [$15/box]
- Are you an expecting mom! Lets us do your cats litter box daily or as many times a week you prefer. Avoid catching zoonotic diseases from cat litterboxes that could harm your baby.

Contact us by filling out a form to become a new client or request a quote.

Once you have completed filling out the form or calling us, we will schedule your choice of either a Virtual or In-Person Initial Orientation Visit before your departure.
2. Initial Orientation Visit
- An in-home visit with pet and owner prior to contracted service with a key pickup/payment agreement.
- Once you have completed filling out the form or calling us we will schedule your choice of either a Virtual or In-Person Initial Orientation Visit before your departure.

3. Upon Your Return
- When you return home please log in to Corks Critter Care Pet Care App to confirm that your pet(s) are back in your good care, and services will be discontinued.
- When you return home you can also call Corks office at 403 807-6866
- We will return your key if desired or keep the key in a safe for the next time your in need of our services.
Payment Methods
- PayPal, Stripe, Cash, or Email Transfer.
- Email Transfers are sent to corrine@corkscrittercare.com
- During any statutory or civic holiday, there’s an extra $5 per holiday.
- Time of payment and your total cost will be determined in our initial orientation visit with you. All clients have different needs and situations as a result fees will vary.
